They are warranted to be free of repair from defects in mechanical and electrical problems for one year from the date of purchase.
In-warranty repair will be carried out subject to warranty validation check by Service Centre Staff.
If a product is found to be tempered, misused, components removed, impact damaged (dropped) or liquid damaged, the repair services of the product will not be covered under warranty. In such case, the customer will be required to pay for the assessment or repair services.
They must be used in accordance with the operational manual. Equine Therapy Systems reserves the right to not provide in-warranty for mis-use. In-Warranty is only for correct use and for Manufacturing Defects.

This massage gun works fantastic! It's very small.but very powerful. Fits perfectly in my grooming kit bag. I use it on my self too!
Finally had nice enough weather to get out and use this today. Such a good product for the price paid! My horse absolutely loved it, we had a lot of happy yawning! My horse can be very sensitive and reactive with touch and it really only took a minute for him to settle and enjoy this. Would highly recommend.
I ordered this for myself for my birthday in early February. Sadly they were on back order so I didn't receive it until late April but it was well worth the wait. It's compact yet powerful. Much better than the kmart ones.All my animals (including myself and my husband) love it. My horse and I are returning to riding after I have had my first child and the equine therapy system has helped us both recover after training.
