Returns Form

We hope you love your new products as much as we loved sourcing them for you. Understanding you may have an issue with the size or the size or style you have purchased, here is the process to do a  return.

If you would like to return your online purchase, it hasn't been longer than 10 days since you received it and it meets the criteria in our returns and refund policy, please get in touch and let us know what the issue is: support@robynstackroom.co.nz  - If we agree that it meets the returns criteria,  then follow the following steps.                          

                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Please download a copy of our Returns form HERE to fill in and include inside your parcel.  (If you don't have access to printer,  a short hand written note inside the package is fine.  We need to know who the item is from, the replacment item you require and acknowledgment that it meets the returns criteria). 
 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Securely package up the item being returned (use a courier bag or a bin bag or resuse the packing it came in turned inside out.  You could even use Glad wrap or sturdy brown paper). 
Please don't post any items that are not securely packaged upDo not write or place any labels direcly onto the shoe box or Premier Equine branded product packaging - for example a PE cover bag or Brogini boot box etc. If the original branded packaging cannot be used again, a $15 fee will be charged for a replacement.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
Purchase a returns label via your local courier (or download one from Trade Me - that's usually the cheapest) to put on the outside of your parcel. Take it to your local post office or book a courier to pick it up from you
New items must be returned in their original branded packaging if applicable eg the original shoe or bit box, the original cover or bridle bag etc.
  
Tags MUST still be attached.
The return form should be included in the package.
All components of the item must be included.
The items must be clean and unused and in the condition you received them in. Do not write or place any courier labels on the original branded packaging - wrap it up securely in a bag or box.
