This is a great way to calm yourself down naturally before an event or if you have had a stressful day. 



How to use:

Step 1. Place device loosely between your lips

Step 2. Inhale gently through your nose and let the air flow out through the straw. Aim for an 8-10 second exhale

Step 3. Repeat for 2- 5 minutes as needed to restore calmness

NOTE: Do not inhale through the device. This is just for the exhale.

Aim to do this exercise once a day and also if you feel the onset of anxiety or stress. Regular daily breathing practice will train your nervous system for resilience over the long run.
