Bombers loose ring flexi moulded mullen - brand new!  Also available with bridoon (55mm) rings.

Note that these bits are sized in 10mm increments not 5mm increments like some of the other Bombers bits.  If your horse is in between sizes, we recommend going up. This material can be chewed so isnt suitable for horses that chomp on the bit.

Bomber Moulded Mullen- Loose Ring. The Loose Ring allows for immediate release and relief from tongue and bar pressure. The bit is immediately reset to a neutral position in the horse’s mouth. The moulded mouthpiece has been uniquely shaped and flattened. It is angled at 45 degrees to offer an exceptionally soft and evenly distributed pressure over and around the tongue. The Moulded Mullen is especially good for the horse that objects to metal or when you have tried every kind of bit without luck. The internal flexible stainless-steel cable ore has been injection moulded with a bespoke non-toxic, UV resistant, FDA approved flexible synthetic material. Bomber’s latest development made with a rubbery texture can sustain some chewing.  It is designed to give acceptance by spreading tongue pressure with minimal bar pressure. Recommended for the sensitive fussy mouth or where there is bar damage. The Bombers moulded material has been uniquely developed to ensure 3 key attributes: texture, durability and comfort. As with all our steel components the cable core and cheek piece will be covered by Bombers lifetime guarantee. The Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to the material that can be chewed.
