Bombers Eggbutt Loose Ring Waterford Barrel Bit.

The Eggbutt Loose Ring prevents pinching of the lips and gives a more solid feel against the side of the face. It also prevents the bit being pulled through the mouth. The Loose Ring allows quick release and no poll pressure. A fixed cheek piece is designed to sit closely to the horses lips, it encourages flexion

The Waterford Barrel has a few smooth flexible cylindrical components which spread the pressure points making it a light mouthpiece.

Cheekpiece

The cheekpiece is available in 2 sizes, standard and a slightly smaller model for a pony.

Mouthpiece

The Waterford is usually worn ¼” – ½” or 5mm – 10mm longer than your traditional mouthpiece in order to curve around the tongue and maximize the effect.
