The Drop Cheek has an Eggbutt like ring at the mouthpiece for the rein, with an upper cheek that has a ring at its end, to which the cheek piece of the bridle is attached. The mouthpiece does not slide on its ring resulting in light poll pressure. The cheek pieces lie flat against the horse’s face, and the mouthpiece is quite fixed in the mouth and concentrates pressure on the bars. The Drop Cheek Lite has been designed to accommodate  horses that have a short mouth, often have prominent molars lower down, many cheek pieces will rub the cheeks over the molars.  The Drop Cheek lite has the mouth piece positioned higher on the cheek piece, allowing the top ring to sit further down.  The top ring is also able to be bent out more than standard to accommodate the molars.

The Bomber Blue is a unique bit which produces amazing results for the majority of horses. The mouthpiece is ported to give tongue relief. The nylon composite material is light in the mouth and encourages salivation. It is particularly well suited to horses that object to metal mouth pieces. The mouth piece can swivel, allowing pressure relief as the bit moves in the mouth.

This ensures accurate fitting over the bars and eliminates the rocking movement which occurs when the port is too wide.
